2. Connect your phone for your PC, or utilize a memory card reader copying the Android 2.3 ROM in your SD card. Insert the SD card back to your phone.
3. Download the ROM Manager application from Android Market (Clockworkmod ROM Manager) and do the installation. ROM Manager will allow you to install, support and restore ROMs easily.
